Admissions

The Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is a public school serving children in grades K-12 from Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Stoneham and Wakefield. Mystic Valley does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, learning ability, or any other means prohibited by law.

At Mystic Valley, we believe in providing students with a solid foundation in all Core Knowledge subjects as well as Foreign Language, Art, Music and Physical Education. Our standards for student behavior and character development are exemplary. Transportation is available for eligible students.

To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old prior to September 1. We do not accept applications after grade five. Enrollment Policy

Enrollment Lottery 

The fall lottery for admission was held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-purpose room in the lower school's annex building on Laurel Street. The deadline for returning applications was November 12th. There was also a spring lottery held on May 27th. Names drawn at the May lottery were added to the waiting list behind those from the November lottery.  Both lottery drawings were open to the public.

NO APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION ARE CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED! 

Applications for the 2011-12 school year will be available in the fall.
